ADVANCED STRENGTH TRAINING

The Conjugate Powerlifting Course is designed to expand a participant's knowledge of core strength training methodologies. The course identifies and optimizes strengths, corrects weaknesses, and reduces exposure to injury during training and sport.
Attendees should also expect to participate in various hands-on movements to improve one's biomechanics. By the end of the course, participants will gain a better understanding of when and how to leverage compound, accessory, and isolation movements, and how to apply them to a given sport, including CrossFit and weightlifting.
